If only these walls could talk back,
It would have so many things to share,
So much that it has seen,
Yet everything will never be heard,
It will all just remain a silent story.

There are so many secrets,
Secrets that should come out,
But these walls won’t talk,
No matter how much you wish they could.

There is so much one says to themselves,
All the words safe within these walls,
You want these walls to scream and shout,
Because you don’t have the courage to do so,
Yet, these walls maintain their silence,
And never once open up to the world.

You shout and fight with the wall,
You paint at these walls,
You take all your anger out at them,
And they stand tall, never to fall,
Listen to all you have to offer.
