Couple of days or years you give,
Love is each & every moment of life,
You don’t have to hold on tight,
If it has to stay, it’ll reside,
Else, it’ll jus slip away alongside.

Ours is a love so strong and free,
We don’t crib on the time we don’t have,
But rejoice to whatever time is left,
Our eyes dawn to each other,
Like a moth to the flame.

There is nothing beautiful than life itself,
You should just get out there,
And let yourself loose,
Don’t think on whose getting hurt,
Or worry about what people might say,
For once, don’t pretend & say things out loud.

Situation might seem a lil complex,
But we can carry on & manage like this,
It isn’t that hard or nothing like that,
Just know what we have is unbreakable,
Coz we have the time, space & all the things to survive.

Why do I still look at the sky?
I am always trying to catch your eye,
You’re too far, yet too near,
Just like the way moon appear.

I know you’re not here,
I am ok with how things are,
But still my heart aches,
Sometimes this loneliness pains.

Work is the way work goes,
I try to put my mind to it,
Try to divert my thoughts elsewhere,
But at times the heart goes back,
Right back to where it began.

Going out, hanging with friends,
Drinking, shopping & watching shit,
Exhausted playing the silliest of games,
Still there are times,
Times when the stupid heart misses you.

Try and live each moment as it comes,
Fun & laughter is all I need,
Get away from all the stress,
Just leave the pain behind,
And try to start a new life,
There will be a day when you’ll reach there.

The place or time when you’ll be able to say:
I am alive, I am free, I am who I am & happy.
